Motion Graphics for DNS Anycast
Project Overview
We were commissioned to design a visual system to explain how DNS Anycast works. The goal was to develop an animated piece that not only translates complex internet infrastructure into digestible visuals but also maintains aesthetic sophistication, modernity, and fluidity.
Concept Development
We centered the concept around a small sphere a "data orb" that represents a DNS query traveling through global nodes. This orb became a dynamic element, morphing and transitioning across different visual environments, symbolizing global data redirection. We wanted the audience to feel this invisible system come alive, transforming invisible infrastructure into something tangible and elegant.
